Today your clips live on the computer where you copied them. We’re building encrypted sync so a copy on your Chromebook can be pasted on your Mac. It isn’t switched on yet, and we’ll tell you here when it is.
You copy passwords, codes and private messages. A clipboard tool has to earn that. Here’s how Ferry does today.

Yes. Everything in Ferry is free for everyone today. A paid Pro plan is planned for things like encrypted sync, but it isn’t available yet and nothing you use now is being taken away.
You can try Ferry as a guest and save 15 clips. To keep saving after that, create a free account with your email and a password. No card is needed.
Your clips are stored on your device. Ferry skips passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, API keys and seed phrases automatically, so they never enter your history. AI that titles, sorts and searches your copies runs on your device in Chrome’s built-in model, where your device supports it. Cloud AI is not available yet.

If you create an account, we store your email address and a password for sign-in. Your clips are not uploaded. We run no analytics or ad trackers on this site or in the extension. If you fill in the short uninstall survey, we keep your answer. Details are in the privacy policy.
